Holden hampered by injury setback

Clacton's Michael Holden admitted having a bittersweet experience at his first senior international athletics event.
The 23-year-old was performing well after being picked for an indoor heptathlon in the Czech Republic.
However, his weekend was cut short by a calf injury that ruled him out of the final event – denying him the chance to record a memorable personal best points tally.
